Your items are usually shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll send you an email when we ship, and let you know the 'Track and Trace' label number (see below). Note: signature on delivery is required.

Shipping - within NZ
For shipping within New Zealand we use CourierPost to send you your order. We love CourierPost. Not only are they real fast but they deliver to PO Boxes. So if you're not going to be on hand to take delivery and you have a PO Box - we encourage you to use it. We've also found CourierPost are brilliant at delivering to the South Island...

Once we ship you your order we'll email you the details so that you'll be able to see the status of your shipment by using the CourierPost's Track and Trace facility on-line.

We use 'Signature Required' so you can be 100% confident of your delivery. If you don't want to have to sign for your item then you can fill in an Authority to Leave which you can send to CourierPost. This means you give permanent permission to CourierPost couriers to leave deliveries at your address without anyone signing for the delivery.
Shipping - Urgent Tonight within NZ
Get your order delivered the same day while you eat dinner!
In certain situations we're able to offer the Urgent Tonight service by Urgent Courier. If your address lies within the Urgent Tonight delivery area and you order before 3pm then you'll have the option of choosing the Urgent Tonight service when you check out.
Shipping - Australia & South Pacific
As well as Australia we also ship to the Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu. For overseas shipping we use New Zealand Post to send you your order. New Zealand Post is fast, efficient and usually only takes a few days to deliver. Note: Because of shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship 1 piece fishing rods outside of New Zealand.

Your privacy is important to us and we will not do anything to violate your trust. We treat customer information as strictly confidential and so it is never revealed to third parties.
As you browse Marine Deals, advertising cookies may be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. We never reveal personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number to third parties.

Terms & Conditions | Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Our mission at Marine Deals is to give you quality products at really low prices. To do this we try to keep all costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers and do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

We do not pay for shipping costs of returning items to our warehouse. Item replacements not due to a fault, or any other sales cancellation attract a restocking fee of 10% plus shipping costs. This includes items exchanged due to incorrect size etc.

Marine Deals is not liable for any customs / excise tax / GST on any orders shipped outside of New Zealand. Australian customers may be subject to GST collected by Australian authorities for orders over A$1000.

How to make a Warranty Claim

If you wish to return your product or require a replacement then the FASTEST way is to lodge a request. Then just follow the simple instructions to create your product return / replacement request. Once your request is lodged we will check our records and contact you as soon as possible.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We use Westpac and DPS Payment Express to accept Visa or Mastercard payments. DPS Payment Express is the number one payment gateway in New Zealand so you can be sure your details are kept safe and secure. All payments are in New Zealand dollars. Marine Deals Ltd is a NZ owned business and the name Marine Deals will appear on your cardholder statements for any transactions made through this website.

It's easy to view your order. When you placed your order you will have received a confirmation email which gives a link to your order. Alternatively you can simply login to your account and see your order here.
