Courier
We use CourierPost to send you your order. We love CourierPost. Not only are they real fast but they deliver to PO Boxes. So if you're not going to be on hand to take delivery and you have a PO Box - we encourage you to use it. We've also found CourierPost are brilliant at delivering to the South Island...

Once we ship you your order we'll email you the details so that you'll be able to see the status of your shipment by using the CourierPost's Track and Trace facility on-line. (Note: We ship to New Zealand only).

Terms & Conditions | Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Our mission at Marine Deals is to give you quality products at really low prices. To do this we try to keep all costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers and do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

We do not pay for shipping costs of returning items to our warehouse. Item replacements not due to a fault, or any other sales cancellation attract a restocking fee of 10% plus shipping costs. This includes items exchanged due to incorrect size etc.

How to make a Warranty Claim

If you wish to return your product or require a replacement then the FASTEST way is to lodge a request by accessing your customer account . (If you have not registered before then it’s easy to create a new one using this link). Once you’re logged in, click on My Account (at the top) then click on Product Returns and follow the simple instructions to create your product return / replacement request. Once your request is lodged we will check our records and contact you as soon as possible.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We use Westpac and DPS Payment Express to accept Visa or Mastercard payments. DPS Payment Express is the number one payment gateway in New Zealand so you can be sure your details are kept safe and secure. All payments are in New Zealand dollars.
