A graphite rod that will stand the test of time
Abu Garcia designed the Abu Veritas Surf Casting Rod 4.4m to provide anglers with a lightweight and quality rod. This rod features an extremely lightweight design with a focus on balance and compression strength. The Abu Veritas Surf Casting Rod 4.4m blank is constructed from super-sensitive 30-ton graphite integrated with Abu Garcia’s new Nano Technology. Nano Technology manipulates graphite on an atomic level for greatly reduced weight and 20% increased compression strength over standard graphite. The increased compression strength reduces the chances of getting microscope cracks common in other graphite rods. Effectively, this gives you an incredibly durable graphite rod that can with stand even the wildest West Coast beach.
