Sharpen your knives with a quality ARCOS sharpening steel
ARCOS Sharpening Steel Features:
- Steel blade
- Polypropylene handle (rigid and easy to recycle)
- Length: 25 cm
- Dishwasher safe
- Includes 10-year warranty
Instructions for Use:
- Place the wide part of the blade at the top of the sharpening steel at an angle of about 20º.
- With a downward swiping motion, run the entire length of the blade along the steel.
- Repeat the action on the opposite side of the blade.
- Continue until the knife is sharpened.
- When you are finished, wipe the blade with a soft cloth to remove the metal dust.
