The Kiwi Sizzler Gas Smoker is the most convenient and affordable way to smoke a batch of seafood, meat, shellfish or vegetables. Fully self-contained, all you need is a gas bottle and smoking timber. The rest is easy! Simple to transport, clean and store. Comes complete with regulator and hose.

Designed for efficient smoking and very low running costs. Simply hook up a standard gas bottle and use freely available sawdust, such as Kiwi Sizzler's great selection of Manuka and Pohutukawa smoking timbers. And while you're here, check out the Kiwi Smoker Book for unique ideas and recipes.

  • Gold sawdust - comes in sealed bags, weighs 3kgs each bag. Well recommended.
