If you're after the convenience of 240V power while camping, then the Projecta IM300 Modified Sine Wave Inverter is ideal. This inverter is designed to power household appliances from a battery or vehicle. It converts 12V DC battery power to 230/240V AC mains power.

The IM3000 is lightweight and compact making it an ideal source of portable mains power. Thanks to its portability you can use it in cars, caravans, motor homes, boats, 4WD's and utility vehicles. Using this inverter with standard household appliances is a much cheaper option than purchasing 12V appliances for times when power is not available.
