The CTEK MXS 5.0 8-Stage Battery Charger is an advanced microprocessor-controlled battery charger that gives lead-acid batteries unrivalled performance from 1.2-110Ah. It comes with automatic temperature compensation built in which ensures the best charging performance, even in the most extreme conditions. The MXS 5.0 also includes battery diagnosis to establish whether your battery can receive and retain a charge, a patented automatic desulphation program, an AGM option that maximises the performance life of most Stop/Start batteries and a special Recond mode for reconditioning deeply discharged batteries.

The built-in temperature compensation ensures ideal charging performance even in the most extreme conditions. Patented Float/Pulse maintenance makes the MXS 5.0 ideal for long-term maintenance. The entire process of battery testing, charging and maintenance is easily followed on the clear LED display.

This fully automated ‘connect and forget’ MXS 5.0 12V charger features a unique 8-step charging process and offers selectable SMALL and NORMAL BATTERY programs. The RECOND and AGM options operate individually or together in both SMALL and NORMAL BATTERY programs providing great flexibility. Wide charging range on all lead-acid battery types from 1.2Ah up to 110Ah with additional maintenance capability to 160Ah.
