As Chirp continues to redefine recreational fishing, AIRMAR has
expanded the lineup of broadband transducers to satisfy the growing
demand for this game changing technology. New to the market is the
B785M, an economical Chirp transducer designed for offshore fishing
and freshwater anglers. Operating at a frequency range of 80-130
kHz, these transducers reveal fish in shallow, murky waters at
medium depths (up to 900 feet) along with ultra-clear target
resolution.
Medium-frequency benefits include the ability to sound deeper
than the high-frequency, along with better target resolution than
the low-frequency.
Features:
- 600 W
- Depth and fast-response water-temperature sensor
- All the advantages of the larger Thru-Hull CHIRP transducers, suitable for smaller boats
- Bronze transducer housing
- High-Performance Fairing
- Hull Type: Fiberglass or wood
- Retrofits to B744V Installations
CHIRP Specifications:
- Medium Frequency - CHIRPs from 80 kHz to 130 kHz
- 50 kHz of total bandwidth from one transducer
- 24 degrees to 16 degrees beamwidth
- 50 kHz of total bandwidth from one transducer
- Maximum Depth - 800-900 ft.
- Covers popular fishing frequencies of 88, and 107 kHz plus everything else in the bandwidth Medium-frequency benefits include the ability to sound deeper than the high-frequency, along with better target resolution than the low-frequency.
