Drone fishing with a lever drag
Ready for land-based drone fishing, the Tica Oxean OX20 X-Factor Drone Fishing Combo 8ft 6in 24kg 2pc pairs the lightweight TiCA Oxean OX20 lever drag with Okuma's 8ft 6in X-Factor II. The pre-set drag lever and loud line-out alarm suit long soaks with a bait out wide, and the 2-piece rod breaks down for the trip to the rocks. Smooth, reliable and ready for action.
The Reel
The TiCA Oxean OX20 Lever Drag Light Game Reel features a one-piece, corrosion-resistant lightweight graphite frame. Dual carbon drag plates sit on either side of the spool to ensure smoothness and dissipate heat, and an extra loud line-out alarm means you'll easily hear the fish strike. It's fitted with 6 sealed precision stainless steel RRB rust-resistant ball bearings for smoothness and reliability.
The Rod
The Okuma X-Factor II Landbased Game Drone Rod is designed to meet the expectations and demands of the Kiwi angler: tough, durable, with crisp actions and great value for money. It's part of Okuma's most successful and longest-standing rod series to date. This heavy-hitting land-based game rod is a whopping 8ft 6in, making it cast big lures like a dream, and its 15-24kg line weight means you can lock and load on big Kingfish, GTs and more.
