Donaghys Winchline UHM 12-Strand Braid is 8 times lighter and 70% stronger than Steel Wire rope. Coated with Donaghys Armorcoat, this braid has high abrasion resistance and can be customised with covers and fittings to suit specific applications. It has low stretch, high UV resistance, does not absorb water and floats. This extremely strong braid has high abrasion resistance both internally and externally, and has virtually no recoil in the unlikely event of failure. The applications of this tough and durable braid are not limited to boating, it can be used for mining, as a vehicle rescue line, a vehicle winch line, logging applications, towing line, and pulling or stringing lines.
