Multi-function emergency radio with solar and hand-crank charging
The Digitech Solar Emergency Handcrank Radio is an AM/FM radio with an SOS distress alarm, 1W LED torch and 2W LED reading lamp. It can be powered by three AA batteries (not included), the built-in solar panel or the hand-crank dynamo. The built-in 2500mAh lithium battery can also be recharged using the supplied Micro-USB cable and an appropriate 1A 5V USB power source.
Hand cranking for 5 minutes provides approximately 15-20 minutes of radio play or up to 1.5 hours of torch or reading light use. A 3.5mm earphone jack allows for personal listening, while the lithium battery can be used to recharge a compatible mobile phone in an emergency.
