Built for Stillwater fishing and long casts
The Vision Stillmaniac Fly Line is designed in conjunction with the Stillmaniac rods and tuned specifically for Stillwater fishing. It features a 13m head with a taper designed for the long casts required by many Stillwater anglers. With a total length of 33m, there is plenty of line to work with, even for experienced casters.
The front of the line features a very small, smooth and supple tippet ring attachment for connecting the leader directly to the fly line. The SloMo and Fast Intermediate versions share the same olive colour, helping keep the sinking rate discreet, while the Intermediate version offers a completely translucent profile for clear water. The sleeve behind the front tippet ring and the printed markings allow you to identify the sink rate.
The low-stretch core helps you feel takes and transfers casting energy more effectively than traditional cores. A ready-made loop at the back makes attaching the line to the backing easy, while the printed markings behind the front tippet ring identify the line weight.
