Protects engines & keeps diesel clean

The FuelRight 15K Non-Biocide Diesel Bug Treatment is a revolutionary solution for treating diesel fuel. Unlike traditional treatments that rely on harsh toxins, detergents, or water-absorbing agents, it dissolves diesel bug and microbial sludge, removes water from fuel, and conditions the system - all while protecting metal surfaces from corrosion.

Developed over 20 years, it’s especially effective in modern engines, including common rail diesels, and perfectly suited to Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (ULSD). Regular use helps prevent engine problems such as filter blockages, stalling, rough running, and excess smoke.

Each 100ml bottle treats up to 1,500L of diesel and is supplied in a durable aluminium bottle, ideal for long-term storage and rough handling.

FuelRight 15K Non-Biocide Diesel Bug Treatment Features:
  • Non-biocide treatment; safe for fuel and engines
  • Treats up to 1,500L of diesel per 100ml bottle
  • Stabilises fuel and restores lubricity for smoother engine performance
  • Cleans fuel tanks, lines, and filters
  • Neutralises and helps prevent microbial (MIC) corrosion
  • Dissolves diesel bug and bacterial sludge
  • Prevents fuel line freeze-up
  • Forms a protective layer on metal surfaces
  • Ideal for modern engines and Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (ULSD)
  • No alcohol, no sulphur, no ash
  • Dosage: 100ml treat up to 1,500L of diesel
  • Net Volume: 100 ml

Signs You May Have Diesel Bug:
  • Difficulty starting the engine
  • Sudden loss of power or stalling
  • Rough running or misfiring
  • Increased fuel consumption
  • Black or white exhaust smoke
  • Accelerated wear on engine components
  • Blocked fuel filters requiring frequent replacement
  • Sediment or sludge in filters or tank (often looks like coffee grounds)
  • Darkened or discoloured fuel
  • Rotten egg smell from fuel or exhaust
  • Corrosion in tank or fuel lines
  • Clogged fuel pumps, lines, or injectors with dark sludge

Visual Inspection Tips:
  • Check the bottom of your fuel tank for sludge or sediment (if possible)
  • Look for cloudy or murky fuel
  • Inspect fuel filters for blockages or deposits
  • Regularly check for rust or corrosion inside the tank (if possible)
