Jotun Penguard Special is a two component polyamide cured high molecular weight epoxy coating. It is a zinc phosphate pigmented, high build product specially designed as a primer for galvanised steel. It can be used as a primer as part of a complete system in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanised steel and thermally sprayed zinc substrates.
Jotun Penguard Special is suitable for structural steel and piping to be exposed to corrosive environments. Recommended for offshore environments, refineries, power plants, bridges, buildings and mining equipment.
