A baitcasting jig outfit with the line on
Light and low-profile, the PR100 BC / Legalis II 662MHFB + X4 135m 15lb pairs the 190g Daiwa PR100 baitcasting reel with a 6ft 6in, 2-piece Legalis II overhead rod rated PE1-2, and includes 135m of yellow 15lb X4 J-Braid. Pick it up, cast it and get fishing.
The Reel
Featuring Daiwa's best technologies, the new Daiwa 21 PR100 Baitcasting Reel Black performs incredibly well. What's more it looks really good. This reel features the Daiwa Magforce which delivers complete cast control so you can position your lure in front of more fish. The reel has an easy grip 90mm aluminum handle which allows you to crank more load using less effort. This is also a lightweight reel weighing only 190g so you can focus your strength on battling fish.
The Rod
The new Daiwa Legalis II 662MHFB-NZ Overhead Rod delivers high-end innovation and performance right into your hands. Perfect for targeting a wide range of New Zealand's inshore species like Snapper, Kahawai and even smaller Kingfish, it's built to stand up to any challenge. The secret behind its crisp action and responsiveness lies in a lightweight graphite blank, supercharged with Daiwa's Braiding X technology.
The Braid
Perfectly suited for spin and baitcaster reels, the new, super high visibility Daiwa X4 J-Braid is ideal for the full spectrum of lure casting applications - from light tackle soft plastics through to shore game rock and beach fishing. Every fisho knows that supreme line management is critical for longer casts with less knots. J-Braid PE boasts all of that, with a smooth, round profile design, that wraps neatly and evenly onto the reel spool.
