The O'Brien Specter 4-Person Towable Sea Biscuit is made for up to four riders and is built for fun on the water. The SofTec Ultra top provides a cushioned place to ride, while the soft Ultra Grip handles with knuckle guards give riders a comfortable grip.
The fully covered nylon construction adds durability, while the quick-connect tow hooks make attaching the tow rope easy.
