It's perfect for micro baiting, small lures and finesse fishing, where light line and a soft tip make all the difference. Light yet strong.
The Reel
The Daiwa 20 Legalis LT 2000D Spinning Reel incorporates Daiwa's brand-new ZAION V material in both the body and rotor, making it lighter yet much stronger than the previous Carbon Light body, with minimal flex and increased durability. As with all LT concept reels, Tough Digigear produces gearing that's stronger and smoother than before, while the ABS Long Cast spool increases average casting distance by approx. 5%. The Air-Bail, Air-Rotor and Automatic Tournament Drag deliver trouble-free line control, rotational balance and a smoother drag from the initial hook-up.
The Rod
The TiCA New Graphite Spin Rod is made from flexible ultra high modulus graphite to give incredible casting distance and fish-fighting power. That's especially important when you're aiming to pick off wary, cautious fish in the shallows at long range.
