Light tackle reel, Strikeforce rod
Pairing the RX LT 4000 light tackle reel with the 8ft, 2-piece Strikeforce II 802MHFS spin rod rated 5-10kg, the RX LT 4000 / Strikeforce II 802MHFS + X4 135m 20lb also includes 135m of yellow 20lb X4 J-Braid. Power, performance and serious value.
The Reel
The Daiwa RX LT 4000 Light Tackle Spinning Reel is incorporated with Daiwa's LT (Light and Tough) concept technology for uncompromised power. This beast of a reel comes in a more compact, sleeker design without removing material and strength from key areas. It's packed full of features like Daiwa's tough digigear design, an aluminium machine spool, ATD drag, infinite anti-reverse and more! All these make the Daiwa RX LT 4000 Light Tackle Spinning Reel a winner in the water.
The Rod
The Daiwa Strikeforce II 802MHFS-NZ Spin Rod is custom-made for the Kiwi angler, ready to tackle New Zealand's diverse fishing grounds. Built with a high-performance graphite/composite blank, this rod provides responsive fish fighting power, giving you the edge when you're hooked up to a feisty Snapper or a hard-fighting Kahawai. Daiwa has kitted this rod out with quality components designed for Daiwa's harsh saltwater conditions.
The Braid
Whether you're an 'Urban Warrior', or your battleground is the big blue. It's just you against the fish - with bragging rights on the line, there's no margin for compromise. Introducing J-Braid 4 from Daiwa. Made in Japan. Soft. Supple. Strong. Perfectly suited for spin and baitcaster reels, Daiwa's new, super high visibility J-Braid 4 is ideal for the full spectrum of lure casting applications - from light tackle soft plastics through to Shoregame rock and beach fishing.
