Purpose-built for chasing squid
Get serious about squid with the Okuma Inspira ISX30R Calamari Stick Egi Squid Fishing Combo 8ft PE0.4-1 2pc. It matches the lightweight Inspira Red 30 with Ocean Angler's 2-piece CalamariStick V3, giving you the length and tip sensitivity to cast egi a long way and feel every grab. Go get your squid on!
The Reel
The Okuma Inspira Red 30 Spinning Reel blends advanced materials with proven Okuma technologies to create a lightweight, durable reel built for long days on the water. The body and rotor are built from long-strand C-40X carbon fibre - 25% lighter and 50% stronger than standard graphite - with Torsion Control Armour to keep internal components aligned under load. A heavily ported Cyclonic Flow Rotor helps dry out moisture and reduce corrosion, and the Centrifugal Disc Bail gives smooth, balanced bail operation with fewer moving parts. At just 213g, it's ideal for soft baiting, slow jigging or squid fishing all day without fatigue.
The Rod
Squid time has arrived and what better way to catch them than with a rod specifically designed for the job? The Ocean Angler CalamariStick V3 Squid Rod is designed for better casting performance, with the perfect length and sensitivity for casting squid jigs. Nothing beats chasing squid with specialist gear.
