Ensure an air tight seal
The condition of the upper and lower gasket parts on your Pro-Line Vacuum Sealer is critical to the forming of an air tight seal around the bag when the cover is locked in position. Food debris or deformation of the gaskets due to the machine being stored in the locked position can affect the ability of the machine to evacuate air from the bag successfully.
In the event that your vacuum sealer's gaskets are damaged, simply replace them with the Pro-Line VS-C3 Vacuum Sealer Replacement Gasket Kit. Each kit comes complete with upper and lower gaskets.
