The Reel
The Shimano Beastmaster 3000 II Electric Big Game Reel is engineered for serious anglers, featuring a powerful Gigamax motor that delivers an impressive 20kg of practical lifting power. Its dual-speed system lets you switch effortlessly between Speed Mode for fast retrieval and Power Mode for handling deep or heavy loads with ease. Designed for versatility, the reel includes Electric Jigging functionality with Manual, Auto and Advanced Jigging modes, allowing for precision performance in any fishing scenario. The Exciting Drag system provides smooth, responsive control, while the Fire Mach system ensures seamless operation under pressure. With Thermo Adjust Drag, the reel maintains consistent drag performance even under high-stress conditions, making it a must-have for deep-sea and game fishing.
HAGANE Body
The HAGANE Body is a metal reel body with high rigidity. The body rigidity and impact resistance virtually eliminate body flexing on the reel while fighting a fish. The result transforms your actions directly into cranking power.
Thermo Adjust Drag
Thermo Adjust Drag is a control function designed to suppress abnormal heat generation of the drag to maintain stable drag performance. If the drag slips while the motor of the electric reel is on, the gear will idle and cause an abnormal heat generation in the drag portion of the reel. As a way to suppress excess heat, the speed of the motor is automatically reduced by the Thermo Adjust Drag when the drag begins to slip.
e-Exciting Drag Sound
The e-Exciting Drag Sound is an electronic drag sound from the reel when a fish makes a run. This creates a modern solution to the mechanical clicker while adding excitement to an angler's experience.
Electric Jigging Mode
Special modes for jigging by electric reel.
Manual Jerk Mode
The motor winds up the line while the button is pressed. The winding speed can be adjusted at any time during reel control, even while the jig is falling. This mode allows you to easily control the jig manually.
Auto Jerk Mode
When the button is pressed, the motor runs according to your preset speed, winding time and interval settings. The jig moves following the preset program. Winding speed, winding time and pause duration are fully user-adjustable.
Advanced Mode
This mode allows you to adjust the jig's acceleration. Winding speed, winding time and winding acceleration are all customisable, helping you reproduce high-level manual one-pitch jerking using an electric reel.
The Rod
The Shimano Status Bluewater Bent Butt Electric Deep Drop Rod is built for deep-drop fishing with electric reels, combining a durable full E-Glass blank with the strength needed for heavy offshore work. Its powerful, progressive action performs under heavy drag loads, while heavy-duty Seaguide guides provide dependable line control in demanding saltwater conditions.
The Shimano Channel lock alloy bent butt provides a solid base for electric reel setups, giving this 6ft rod the strength and control needed for deep-drop fishing. With a 30-50lb line rating, this rod is suited to heavy deep-drop applications.
The Line
A blend of old-fashioned fishing knowledge and the newest technologies, the PowerPro High-Visibility Yellow Braid is strong, smooth and sensitive. It's made with ultra-strong braided Spectra Fiber and Enhanced Body Technology for less wind knots, better retrieves and longer casts. Get started right away because it's spooled and ready to use directly from the box. The package protects the remaining line plus it comes with a built-in cutter for easy use.
