Light, rugged and built for soft baits
A 6ft 6in outfit for light line fishing, the Shimano Sienna 4000 Eliminator Soft Bait Combo 6ft 6in 4-8kg pairs the general purpose Sienna 4000 FG with the Daiwa Eliminator 662MS, which has a composite graphite blank and an integrated solid tip. It's a durable, reliable outfit that you can depend upon time and time again.
The Reel
The general purpose Shimano Sienna 4000 FG Spinning Reel is designed to cover all manner of light line situations, from bait fishing to soft plastic and hardbody lure casting. So if you're just starting out in fishing, or the kids are showing some interest that requires more than a basic handline, the Shimano Sienna 4000 FG Spinning Reel is perfect for you. Finished in a black and red cosmetic, this reel matches great with many of Shimano's fibreglass and graphite rods. Its AR-C spool lip design provides longer casting distances while preventing backlashes and wind knots, and Dyna Balance eliminates wobble during the retrieve for a smoother, more sensitive feel.
The Rod
Surprisingly light in weight yet offering rugged durability, the Daiwa Eliminator 662MS Spinning Rod has a composite graphite blank for light weight and power, and an integrated solid tip for durability and sensitivity. Complementing this design are aluminium oxide guides that deliver superb tangle free performance and dissipate heat efficiently, eliminating line wear, and a high-quality graphite seat to securely attach your reel. For comfort and durability, the Eliminator also features flat top EVA grips, while the composite cork butt and attractive metal spacers bring style to the classy black and blue colour scheme.
