Standard items within New Zealand are shipped using CourierPost. We love CourierPost. Not only are they real
fast but they deliver to PO Boxes. So if you’re not going to be on hand to take delivery and you have a PO Box - we encourage you to use it. We’ve also found CourierPost are brilliant at delivering to the South
Island...
When you place your order you have the option of choosing Signature Required so that you can be 100% confident of your delivery. You can also choose to not have Signature Required if you don't want to have to sign for
your item.
Once we ship you your order we’ll email you the details so that you’ll be able to see the status of your shipment by using the CourierPost’s Track and Trace facility on-line.
’Dangerous Goods’ and large items ’Bulk’ or ’Oversize’ are shipped using Toll Courier. Customers
in some remote areas across New Zealand will have to collect these items from the nearest depot.
’Dangerous Goods’ include products like paint, CRC, flares and lead acid batteries. Most ’Dangerous Goods’
do not incur an additional shipping charge with the exception of Flares and Lead Acid Batteries - see the table below for charges.
’Bulk’ items include large BBQs, large Smokers, Surf Boards, Kayaks under 4m, Chilly
Bins 90 Litres Plus, and Game Poles - see the table below for charges.
’Oversize’ items are very large items i.e. kayaks over 4m - see the table below for charges.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out according to destination country and weight.
We ship to pretty much every country in the world using DHL who are very fast and extremely reliable.
Almost all deliveries are received within a week and most orders are received within 4 or 5 days.

If you wish to return your product or require a replacement then the FASTEST way is to lodge a request. Then just follow the simple instructions to create your product return / replacement request. Once your request is lodged we will check our records and contact you as soon as possible.

We also allow payment via Internet Banking via POLi. With POLi you no longer need to have a credit card when shopping online. POLi allows you to pay for your purchases straight from your bank account using your Internet Banking. Unlike a credit card, there are no fees to use POLi. It’s free and you don’t have to register. POLi supports all leading Internet banking sites in New Zealand.

Products that are in stock are clearly marked "In Stock". We ship these products to you straight away.
We do present some less popular products that are held by our suppliers (usually the manufacturer distributor). These products are clearly marked with their availability - for example: "Usually ships within 6-13 days". If you order a product that is marked like this then once you place your order, we immediately place an order with the supplier. Once we receive the product from the supplier we then ship it to you straight away.
We work really hard EVERY DAY to ensure you get the best prices you'll find. IF you find the SAME product elsewhere tell us, and we'll match OR do better!
Our Lowest Price Guarantee excludes limited time specials, clearances, non-stocked products, overseas websites, price comparison websites and eBay/TradeMe though if you do find something on special elsewhere do tell us, we may still manage to surprise you.
