The Bradley Bluetooth Smart Smoker an automatic, electric food smoker that includes many of the same features as the Bradley Digital Cooker, plus the new innovative iSmoke Technology that allows you to connect and control the smoker from Bluetooth-enabled smartphones in real-time and from the touch screen control centre. The 40% larger smokehouse now gives you space for 10 racks of food. In addition, two removable colour-coded temperature probes allow you to measure heat in different areas of the smokehouse simultaneously, for advanced monitoring. The fully insulated stainless steel interior and commercial grade silicone door seal makes for easy clean-up and keeps the smoke where it's supposed to be. Your Bradley Bluetooth Smart Smoker comes with 4 adjustable feet, 2 optional wheels, 6 racks and a recipe booklet.

Automatic Feed System
All Bradley smokers feature the innovative automatic feed system, where a hinged burner drops smouldering wood bisquettes into a bowl of water at regular intervals, to extinguish the wood when it turns to ash. This means the smoke burns cleaner, providing great smoked flavour and the best tasting food possible. Two separate heating elements allow to you continue cooking food in the smoker, even once the smoke has been shut off.
