It's made of 1.5mm thick neoprene for water and wind resistance - thick yet flexible enough without sacrificing durability and comfort. And what's more it features an adjustable hood, hook and loop fastener cuffs on the sleeves, and zippered pockets to keep you warm and dry when the weather gets tough. Great as an extra layer of warmth during rainy weather.
