Launching Instructions:
- Reverse down the ramp to a depth sufficient to launch and shallow enough that your boat does not float, remaining in contact with the trailer.
- Remove your safety chain and tie-downs, slowly releasing your winch, allowing your boat to safely retreat and be caught by the latch.
- Set the latch to the launch position by pulling the spring loaded lever to the right.
- Power toward the winch post, taking load off the latch and allowing it to disengage. Power down and slide down effortlessly into the water.
Retrieval Instructions:
- With your trailer positioned at the ramp, at the depth advised during launching. Set the latch to the retrieve position by pulling the spring loaded to the left.
- Align your boat with the centre of the trailer and slowly power towards the winch post.
- Continue forward until contact is made with your bow roller and when you hear click, as the boat latch engaged with the bow eye.
- Power down your motor and allow your boat to roll back safely into the latch. It doesn't get much easier than that!
