It uses either silica sand or Bestway Polysphere™ Pool Filtration Balls (neither included) to filter debris from your pool. A pre-filter strainer basket catches larger items, helping increase the pump's efficiency and longevity. The durable, corrosion-resistant pump comes pre-assembled for easy installation. It is compatible with 1,100-42,300L above-ground pools and features a 6-position handle for switching between Filter, Closed, Backwash, Rinse, Drain, and Circulate functions.
