The finish of this beautiful solid brass hanging oil lamp is polished and lacquered for a long-lasting shine. The inside of the shade features a white stove enamel coating. Den Haan Rotterdam (DHR), founded in Rotterdam, Holland in 1922, began as a manufacturer of navigation and interior lighting for inland and seagoing vessels. All lamps, many of them replicas of old models, are handmade to commercial ship standards.
