The International Primocon Boat Primer is a tar-free, quick-drying conventional primer for all substrates underwater. It’s suitable for use as a barrier coat between unknown or incompatible antifoulings. This one-part primer features anti-corrosive properties, keeping your boat protected and in good condition.
