The ultrasonic technology has no moving parts, nothing to wear out.
Each UWSD10 wind sensor is individually calibrated in CruzPro's wind tunnel every 1 degree from 0 to 359 degrees and the errors mapped and compensated to provide the best accuracy possible
The UWSD10 calculates wind speed with a resolution of 0.01 knots and works from zero wind speed to 120 knots. Wind direction is output in degrees and air temperature in degrees C.
Provided with a 30M cable and two waterproof connectors.
