CruzPro RP-60 Remote Data Repeater

The RP60 Data Repeater will monitor and re display information in a second location.

Will monitor and display up to 4 separate data channels. The RP60 remote data repeater is capable of displaying over 200 standard and proprietary NMEA 0183 sentences.

Compact design - only 2-1/2inch diameter and mounts in a standard 2-1/8inch round instrument hole.

Five levels of backlighting can be selected

Works on both 12 and 24 VDC systems.

Most CruzPro instruments have an NMEA 0183 output terminal. The instrument sends out a continuous data stream of information recorded and displayed on the instrument. The NMEA data can be used by other instruments.

For example, a speed log (such as the CruzPro SLT60 or SLT110) can output speed data to a wind instrument so the wind instrument can compensate for boat speed to calculate TRUE wind speed and direction as opposed to APPARENT wind speed and direction.

Information from instruments, such as the T60 temperature gauge, OP60 oil pressure gauge, RH60 and RH110 RPM gauge can be displayed on the RP60 Data Repeater in a second location.

You could also connect a NMEA 0183 signal from a RayMarine or Garmin instrument to the RP60 and it will repeat that information as well.

The flash memory allows the user to add up to 10 new sentences. Connect the RP60 to a computer's RS-232 output port and use the PC computer program that is provided with the RP60 download new sentences when required.
