This is a replacement water pump impeller for Yamaha outboards 6HP years 1986 to 2008, 8HP 1984 to 2008. Model year numbers of outboards attached below. Impellers are used for cooling the engine by pumping water through the outboard during operation. It's critical to have a functioning cooling system.
