The Valvoline 4 Stroke Outboard 10W-40 Engine Oil is a semi-synthetic motor oil designed to meet the requirements of the NMMA FC-W specification. It is formulated for 4-stroke outboard engines and helps protect against wear and corrosion, including corrosion caused by salt water.
Designed for the harsh marine environment, the oil uses vapour phase corrosion inhibitors to help protect engine internals during storage. High levels of anti-wear additives and detergents help keep the engine in good operating condition, while the formulation is suitable for high-speed, high-load and high-temperature conditions.
