Medium smoke yet slightly sweet

Maple is a fantastic smoking wood that is dense, but light in colour. The Smokai Maple Woodchip is from the same trees that are tapped to produce maple syrup. It produces a medium smoke with a slight sweetness resulting in an incredible flavour!
