Quality-made and easy to set

This Flounder Net is a deluxe net with a floating top line and a braided lead line on the bottom. Not suitable for surf beaches, dragging, or areas with lots of oysters or shells.

Flounder Net Features:
  • Gill nets as used by South Island fishermen
  • Slung very loose
  • Designed to be used in sheltered waters (ot suitable for surf beaches, dragging, or areas with lots of oysters or shells)
  • Requires at least 0.5kg of anchor per 10m of net
  • 165mm mesh
  • Length: 30m
  • Made with 5mm braided lead core bottom rope
  • 8mm floating top-rope bagged/pockets
  • 0.35mm monofilament netting
