Designed for dedicated fly anglers, the Orvis PRO Breathable Mens Chest Waders combine durable construction, breathable comfort, and thoughtful fishing features for long days on the water. Featuring a four-layer upper and five-layer lower construction with 100% CORDURA® fabric, these waders are designed to handle tough conditions while maintaining comfort and mobility.
From the abrasion-resistant outer construction to the athletic fit and practical storage options, every detail is designed to support confident movement through rivers, rocky banks, and changing terrain.
Advanced Waterproof Construction
The multi-layer construction combines durable CORDURA® fabric with a water-repellent (DWR) treatment, waterproof coating, and waterproof membrane to help keep you dry in wet conditions. A lock-stitched, taped seam construction provides added protection and long-lasting performance on the water.
Abrasion-Resistant CORDURA® Construction
Built with a four-layer CORDURA® fabric shell in the upper and five-layer construction in the lower legs, these waders provide enhanced durability and abrasion resistance in high-wear areas. Designed to handle contact with brush, riverbanks, and rocky environments, they are made for demanding fishing conditions.
Athletic Fit and Freedom of Movement
Designed with a slimmer athletic profile, these waders feature a gusseted crotch and low-profile seam construction for improved mobility and comfort. Adjustable elastic suspenders with opposing buckles allow easy waist-high conversion when conditions change.
Practical Storage Options
Keep essential gear organised with an external storage pocket with YKK AquaGuard® water-resistant zipper, a large four-way stretch power mesh interior pocket, and fleece-lined handwarmer pockets. Rubberised tabs and a front-pocket daisy chain provide attachment points for essential tools and accessories.
Comfortable Anatomical Booties
The anatomically shaped neoprene booties provide a more natural fit inside wading boots, reducing bulk and helping prevent uncomfortable bunching while wading.
Zero-Drag Guards
The entire rear half of the gravel guards is made of a super durable four-way stretch mesh with a PU casting on top that releases water immediately.
Added Support with Removable Knee Pads
Removable OrthoLite® 6mm knee pads provide cushioning and support for added comfort when kneeling or navigating uneven terrain.
