Marine Deals Fusion Marine Audio Competition Rules & Conditions
- Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into and participation in the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
- Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are over the age of 18.
- Entries are limited to one per person.
- How to Enter: Entry into the Marine Deals Fusion Marine Audio Competition requires a person to complete the promotional entry form.
- Entrants must remain subscribed to the Marine Deals newsletter to be eligible for the draw.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
- Marine Deals Limited reserves the right to use the winner’s name and photo for promotional purposes.
- Employees of Marine Deals Limited and their immediate families, and other companies associated with the promotion, are ineligible to enter the draw.
- All draw entry details incorrectly entered shall be deemed invalid.
- Proof of identity, age and residence may be requested at Marine Deals’ discretion to validate a winning entry.
- Promotion commences 24th March 2012 and closes 17.59pm 31st May 2012 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
- One entry will be randomly drawn from one prize pool in the 1st week of June 2012. The Promoter will attempt to contact and notify the winner immediately.
- Attempts will be made to notify the winner by phone at the contact telephone number provided on the promotion entry. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to 08 June 2012 then the prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The first valid entry drawn will win a Fusion MS-RA50 Marine Stereo, Fusion True Marine 4" Waterproof Speakers 120W plus a Fusion MS-IP15L2 iPod Connection Cable.
- The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, including (where applicable) on food, accommodation, transfers, spending money, insurance and all other incidentals.
- The prize cannot be converted into cash, but the prize is transferable to another person who is a New Zealand resident upon consultation with the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
- The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.
- Neither the Promoter, nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
- By entering into this promotion you expressly consent to receiving promotional offers and other information from Marine Deals. Such promotional offers will be sent to the email address or to the delivery address that you have provided in completing the promotion entry form.
- The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
