The G.Loomis Asquith Saltwater Fly Rod was designed by world casting champion Steve Rajeff and developed through global collaboration in rod design, materials and manufacturing technology. Its fast action and generous power reserves help generate high line speed with less effort, while the exceptionally light swing weight improves casting control and helps reduce fatigue during long days on the water.
Built on Shimano's proprietary Spiral X blank platform, the rod combines fast recovery and strong power transfer with a guide train that pairs SiC Titanium Recoil snake guides and SiC Titanium stripper guides. These guides help reduce weight, manage line efficiently and maintain durability in corrosive saltwater conditions, supporting precise casts, high line speed and control during demanding saltwater fly fishing.
