Heavy-duty hinge for marine use
The Marine Town Cast 316 Stainless Steel Hinge fits boat hatches and doors. Made from cast 316 stainless steel, it resists corrosion in saltwater. The plates are 3mm thick and tested to a break load of 1200kg. Hinge pins are fully welded and hidden, keeping the joint gap under 0.2mm to minimise play and rattling. It fits flush with 4mm countersunk screws and is sold as a pair.
