The J-B Weld Hi-Temp Red RTV Silicone Gasket Maker & Sealant is a high-temperature RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanising) silicone gasketing material designed for extreme heat environments.
Once cured, it forms a flexible, waterproof, and leak-proof seal that withstands thermal cycling without shrinking, cracking, or hardening. The 100% silicone formula is sensor safe and resistant to oil, water, and antifreeze, making it suitable for automotive, marine, and industrial applications.

- Temperature Resistance (Intermittent): Up to 343°C (650°F)

How to Use:
- Prepare: For best results, clean and dry surface area
- Apply: Apply even, continuous 1/4 inch bead of Silicone to one surface area. Surround all bolt holes with Silicone.
- Assemble: Reconnect parts while Silicone is wet.
- Secure: Hand tighten until Silicone begins to squeeze out.
- Dry: Allow drying for 1 hour and then tighten an additional 1/2 turn.
- Finish: Scrape or cut away excess cured sealant. Silicone will fully cure in 24 hours.
