Designed and tested by anglers who demand the best, the Accurate Valiant 2 600NL Left Hand Jigging Reel is the combination of time on the water and constant innovation to take this reel to the next level. The first to give you all the power of a TwinDrag lever drag reel, with the castability of a Star Drag reel. The new XCT feature helps control the spool speed when casting while minimising backlashes and giving you a smooth, long cast. The Centrifugal Casting Design works once the spool starts in motion giving you the confidence in making the right cast. Accurate has also added a couple safety features to the new V2 Valiant that include a detent in drag cam prior to free spool to alleviate problems on a fish, and a push button stop prior to full drag so fish won’t be lost while increasing the drag.
This reel offers all the same built-in features as its predecessor including CVX Technology making it extremely lightweight and strong, built of 6061 T6 aircraft aluminium, its light and comfortable for those hours on the rail. Precision cut 17-4 Stainless gears for strength and Direcshift Instagage system for direct shift in and out of gears. The V2 is the Accurate answer to power and castability for today's run and gun fishing techniques.
Twindrag
Accurate's patented Twin Drag Technology utilises carbon fibre drag washers and stainless steel friction washers on both sides of the spool to creates the strongest smoothest drag possible.
Direct Shift
There is no need for the handle to rock backwards or to relieve pressure while shifting with Direc Shift. The Low Gear is always engaged and meshes with the high gear to drive whichever speed you are after.
CVXirect Shift
A new concept in machining derived from an experiment that allows us to remove 25% of the material but keep the strength anglers demand and that we are known for. The external and internal arcing of the material with internal rib support. Light can be powerful.
