The new Jig Star Depth Charge Jig are long, tail weighted jigs with narrow streamlined neck graduating into a bigger heavy section near its tail. Due to its shape, the depth charge has little action but descends very quickly allowing you to hit small deep water targets successfully. Retrieve it quickly to produce much action. The Depth Charge works best with a fast, short jerk action to entice the bite and suits deep water.
