Having problems receiving our email?
If you aren't receiving any emails from Marine Deals, chances are that your spam/junk email filter are swallowing them.
Take a look in your Junk email folder. If you spot our email you need to follow the instructions for your email client below:
Outlook 2003-2007:
Add marine-deals.co.nz to your Safe Senders list:
1. Open a message from marine-deals.co.nz
2. Go to the Actions option in the top tool bar.
3. Select Junk E-mail from the drop down menu.
4. Select the Add Sender to Safe Senders List option.
Outlook 2000 / Outlook 2011:
Add marine-deals.co.nz to your Safe Senders list:
1. Open a message from marine-deals.co.nz
2. In the From field, right-click the email address.
3. Click the Add to Contacts link in the menu.
4. Click the OK button.
Outlook Express 6:
Add marine-deals.co.nz to your Safe Senders list:
1. Open a message from marine-deals.co.nz
2. Click the Add to Address Book link in the menu.
3. Click the OK button.
Windows Live:
Add marine-deals.co.nz to your Safe Senders list:
1. Open a message from marine-deals.co.nz
2. Click Mark as Safe next to the From name and address.
3. Now click Add Contact.
Xtra:
Add marine-deals.co.nz to your Safe Senders list:
1. Click on the [Addresses] tab (top left hand side of the page)
2. Click on [Add Contact]
3. In the Name section add 'Webjet' and with Email you should add '@marine-deals.co.nz'
4. Click [Save Contact] and then on the next page click [Done]
Hotmail:
You will need to add our FROM address marine-deals.co.nz to your Hotmail Safe List:
1. In the upper right hand corner of your account, click on the "Settings" icon.
2. Click on the option for "Options".
3. While in this section, click on the option for "Safe and blocked senders".
4. Click on "Safe senders".
5. Enter marine-deals.co.nz and click the button to "Add to list"
Gmail:
Please add our FROM addresses, marine-deals.co.nz to your Gmail Contacts List:
1. Open a message from marine-deals.co.nz
2. Hover over our name and a window will pop up.
3. Select "Add to Contacts" to save us to your Contacts list.
OR
1. Hover over our name next to the subject line in the inbox.
2. Click "More" in the pop-up box.
3. Select "Add to senders" to save our email to your Contacts list.
Yahoo:
Please add our FROM addresses, marine-deals.co.nz to your Yahoo Contacts List:
1. Open a message from marine-deals.co.nz
2. Now click Add Contact next to the From name and address.
AOL:
Please add our FROM address marine-deals.co.nz to your AOL address book:
1. Please open the email and then click the This Is Not Spam button.
2. Click the Mail menu and select Address Book.
3. Wait for the "Address Book" window to pop up, then click the Add button.
4. Wait for the "Address Card for New Contact" window to load.
5. Paste marine-deals.co.nz into the "Other E-Mail" field.
6. Make our From address the "Primary E-Mail" address by checking the associated check box.
7. Click the Save button.
Mozilla Thunderbird:
You will need to add our FROM address marine-deals.co.nz to your Thunderbird Address Book:
1. Open a message from marine-deals.co.nz
2. In the From field, right-click the email address.
3. Click the Add to Address Book link in the menu.
4. Click the OK button.
