These Perko T-Handle Surface Mount Locking Latch is excellent for both carpeted or smooth surfaces. It easily fits into a 2.5 inch diameter hole for mounting surfaces, 1/8 to 3/4 inches thick - with a rubber seal to prevent water intrusion. The T-handle drops down flush in either the open or closed position, except with the offset cam bar positioned upward. Includes 2 keys.
