The Shimano Baitrunner 8000 OC Cendition Landbased Spinning Combo combines a 9ft 6in landbased spinning rod with an 8000-size Baitrunner reel for fishing from the shore. The three-piece Cendition features a durable Power Carbon composite blank, SeaGuide tangle-free guides and full-length EVA grips with heat-shrink protection, while the Baitrunner 8000 OC offers 9kg of maximum drag and PowerPro capacity up to 270yds of 40lb braid. Together, they form a versatile land-based setup for surfcasting, rock fishing and drone fishing.
The Reel
The Shimano Baitrunner 8000 OC Spinning Reel features Shimano's Baitrunner system for controlled free-spool operation when fishing with live or baited hooks. Propulsion Line Management System and Varispeed Oscillation support controlled line handling, while the cold-forged aluminium spool, Fluidrive II gearing and Super Stopper II anti-reverse complete the reel's feature set. Its 8000 size, 9kg maximum drag and large line capacity suit a range of land-based fishing applications.

The Shimano Cendition Landbased Spinning Rod features a durable Power Carbon composite blank with SeaGuide tangle-free guides for smooth casting. Full-length EVA grips with heat-shrink protection provide a secure hold, while reflective tip bindings improve visibility during low-light sessions.
