Smooth power for inshore jigging
The Shimano Grappler 300HG Jigging Reel is a low-profile baitcasting reel designed for inshore jigging, with a rigid aluminium body that offers strength and a comfortable palming shape. Its 6.3:1 gear ratio retrieves 85cm of line per handle turn, giving the HG model a good balance of speed and winding power.
Micro Module Gear and X-SHIP work together for smooth, efficient winding under load, while the 75mm handle gives extra leverage when working jigs or fighting fish. SVS Infinity provides adjustable centrifugal braking for controlled casting, and Exciting Drag Sound adds an audible cue when a fish pulls line from the spool.
The S3D Spool helps reduce vibration during casting, while SA-RB bearings offer improved corrosion resistance for saltwater use.

The compact, precision gears have a finer tooth profile and more points of contact, reducing vibration for a smooth, silky winding feel without compromising strength.
