This telescopic rod features highly responsive graphite blanks, making it ideal for taking on freshwater fish and even heavier coastal and reef dwellers. The sleek, modern design sports a matt black finish with white, silver and black trims, while the butt configurations utilise Sea Guide carbon hooded reel seats. A combination of cork and EVA grips were selected for the rod to give it the best transmission of bites. Versatile and efficient, Shimano’s Maikuro rods are tried and true favourites amongst anglers.
