The Shimano TCurve Overhead Deep Jig Rod utilises high-end TC4 three ply graphite weave blank, which is extra strong but light in weight. The guides are 'Tangle Free' Fuji K series, with Alconite inserts, positive lock Fuji reel seats and gimbals, comfortable, well-shaped EVA grips, and easy-to-transport two-piece construction — although you wouldn't know it from the way these rods perform.
TC4 Construction
Shimano has engineered TC4 construction to create a durable yet light rod with a crisp feel. Based on double inner layers of advanced, dynamic T Glass, over-wrapped with a spiral of high-modulus graphite, this blank delivers super high performance that, when used with specific rod actions, is ideal for fishing braided lines.
