Light tackle that packs into your bag
Made for fishos who fish away from home, the Shimano Sienna 2500 FG Legalis Travel Spinning Combo incl Line 7ft 4kg 4pc matches the Sienna 2500 FG - pre-spooled with 14lb hi-vis mono - with the 7ft, 4-piece Daiwa Legalis travel spinning rod rated 2-4kg. It breaks down short enough for the boot or a pack, then goes back together as a crisp light tackle outfit for trout and freshwater work. Light, crisp and easy to travel with.
The Reel
The Shimano Sienna 2500 FG Spinning Reel is well-balanced, high performance built and simply a pleasure to fish with. The Propulsion Line Management System gives longer casts and fewer wind knots, Super Stopper II provides instant anti-reverse with no back play, and the G-Free Body shifts the centre of gravity closer to the rod to cut fatigue over a long session. It comes pre-spooled with 14lb hi-vis mono, so you are ready to go.
The Rod
The Daiwa Legalis Freshwater Travel Spinning Rod brings high-end blank innovation together with value-driven componentry in a light tackle rod that punches well above its price. Its crisp, responsive action comes from lightweight graphite combined with Braiding X, which increases wall strength and reduces blank twist so a thinner, lighter and more dynamic blank can be built. Fuji stainless steel Concept O guides handle casting and line management, while the Daiwa Surround Hold reel seat and high-density EVA split grips add balance, sensitivity and comfort.
