It features multi-disc Japanese oiled felt drag washers for a smooth output of line, as well as a one ball bearing drive for smoothness and durability. Its corrosion resistant graphite frame, side plates and stainless steel bail wire allow the reel to withstand the harsh marine environment. Backed by Okuma technologies, this general purpose reel is a good choice to start fishing.
