The SwellPro Fisherman FD1S Saltwater-Resistant Fishing Drone is a purpose-built fishing drone for anglers who want simple, reliable performance. It’s the upgraded successor to the FD1+, designed to do one job well: getting your bait to the fishing spot quickly and without hassle. Built with a toughened body and a large bait capacity, it’s ready to use straight out of the box.
2.2 kg Bait Capacity
The new FD1S’s propulsion system is optimised to provide higher strength and more efficiency than its predecessor, allowing the drone to lift heavier baits of up to 20% more (to 2.2 kg or 4.8 lb) with astonishing ease. This means that fishermen can take advantage of multiple baits to attract the big fish, and give you confidence that the drone will handle loads reliably in all conditions.
Smooth Control ESCs
The integration of sine wave ESCs in the FD1S ensures gentle and progressive motor acceleration, increasing stability when the drone starts lifting additional weights off the ground. The precise control provided by these ESCs also allows for delicate manoeuvring and stable hovering, which is essential when positioning your baits exactly where you want them.
S6 Flight Controller
With improved responsiveness, the new S6 flight controller (or "brain") actively makes real-time adjustments to maintain the FD1S‘s altitude and balance, ensuring stable operation even with heavy baits attached.
High Voltage Batteries
FD1S is powered by a high-voltage LiHV 6S battery with the aim to increase the drone’s lifting capacity. With high power-to-weight ratio, the FD1S’s flight battery enable the drone to carry heavy baits without sacrificing flight stability, and has enough thrust to operate in challenging conditions such as strong winds.
GPS 9.0
With improved satellites connectivity, the latest 9th-gen GPS provides unparalleled precision and stability when anglers are navigating FD1S to the specific fishing spot. The drone will maintain its position and course even in windy condition.
Calibration-free
With S6 flight controller, anglers can deploy the FD1S for fishing swiftly, bypassing the complicated calibration process. FD1S can automatically calibrate its sensors to maintain stability and control during flight.
Cruise Mode
The cruise mode controls the FD1S to automatically fly at a constant speed and direction, making long-distance drone-casting effortless. Without constantly adjusting the drone’s flight, anglers can focus more on the fishing aspects.
Auto-Return
When FD1S has dropped your bait, a press of a button can automatically bring the drone back to the take-off point. The auto-return feature can also be triggered in emergencies such as low battery or signal loss.
Slide-in Battery
Replacing the FD1S battery is a breeze. Simply pop open the hatch, slide the battery into its slot, press the power button, and you're all set! Rest assured, the hatch is completely watertight, thanks to its rubber seal, ensuring everything stays dry when sealed.
Screw-on Propellers
The propeller's threaded design of FD1S ensures a straightforward setup, securely fastening the propellers to prevent them from detaching during high-thrust situations when the motors are working at high speeds.
IP65 Saltwater-Resistant

3. Never try to grab or catch the drone when its propellers are running. The props are sharp and will cause serious injury to any body part that get in their way.

Please note - the warranty on the batteries of your new drone is 3 months - not twelve (which the rest is covered for).Unfortunately, it's quite common for people to spend a day out with a drone, then bring it all back home, store them without properly recharging the batteries first (75%) and then find the batteries don't work as expected when they next pull them out to use the drone again. Fishing Drone Warranty Details
We've got you covered if your drone has a manufacturing fault. But we don't cover damage caused by crashing or not following the instructions.
Sometimes, it's tricky to 100% determine if the problem is a product fault or user error. In those cases, we'll propose a solution that could work for both of us. This solution is likely to involve splitting costs for replacement or repair. If we can't help with a warranty repair or replacement, we'll send your drone back to you in the same condition as received.
It's also worth remembering that the drone, the batteries, and the accessories all have differing warranty periods, as indicated in your manual. This is because batteries, in particular, need to be stored and charged according to the manual.
